Option One: Learner Profile
Find the learner by selecting People and the Users.
Search for the learner and click on learner name.
Click the Courses tab and click on the learning path.
This should provide access to the certificate.
Option Two: HCSP Registry
To download learner certificates, please go to HCSP Training Registry
Enter learner first name and/or last name and click Search.
Click View under Certificate.
Right-click on certificate and select Save as.
This will allow the certificate to be downloaded as a PDF.
Please be sure at least one service question has been answered in the learner profile.
Please note that it takes about an hour for the registry to update after a service question has been answered.
Please refer to the Service Area Definitions for help answering the service questions.
