After an external certificate has been uploaded by a learner, it must be approved by an administrator.
Follow the steps below to approve or reject a certificate:
- Select Certificates from the menu under the Management section
- This will show pending certificates that must be approved or rejected
- Each certificate will have three buttons
- View
- Approve
- Reject
- After viewing the certificate, select Approve or Reject
- If a certificate is rejected, a reason must be provided for rejecting the certificate
Approved and Rejected certificates can be viewed by selecting the corresponding tab at the top.
