Quizzes that need to be reset can be found on the menu under Pending Actions / Quiz Reset.
This will list all learners who have reached the maximum attempts set for a quiz without passing.
The list can be filtered by name, email, activity name and content (course name or learning path name).
The list shows attempts taken out of maximum attempts available, score and minimum required score and the date of the last attempt.
The last item is a button with a circle arrow. Selecting this button will reset the learner's quiz so the quiz can be attempted again.
Blocked
Anyone on the blocked list have reached the maximum number of quiz resets and cannot be reset again. This setting is in System Settings under Quiz Settings.
