Service Area Definitions
Personal Care Services (in-home or residential)
Services provided in a person's home or residential setting to assist with daily living activities. Includes assistance with personal care, household tasks, medication reminders, and other supports that enable individuals to live independently in their preferred environment.
Adult Day Services
Structured programs offering community-based group activities, socialization, and support during daytime hours.
Respite Care
Temporary care services that provide short-term relief for primary caregivers. This allows caregivers to take a break while ensuring the individual continues to receive necessary support from qualified providers.
Self-Directed Services
Services where individuals act as the employer and determine how, when, and from whom their services and supports will be delivered.
Shared Living
Residential support arrangements where individuals share housing and staffing to best support their needs.
Employment Supports
Services that assist individuals in preparing for, finding, and maintaining competitive integrated employment. Includes job coaching, skills training, workplace accommodations, and ongoing support for successful long-term employment.
