Groups and Your Organization
Your organization is represented as a group in the training site. Your group is created for your and if you are an administrator, CEO, HR manager, or manager of your organization, you will be assigned as manager of your group. An introduction email that includes your group code will be emailed to you.
As manager, you can enroll your staff by either Importing Users or Creating Users one-at-a-time.
When importing users, it is important that you enter your group code under the GroupCode column heading.
When you import users with your group code into your group, you will be able to see your users under the People / Users menu and run reports to see their training progress.
At this time if you need to remove a user, please use the support chat button or email support at support@yeslms.com. Please be sure to include a brief message with your group code and the email addresses of the users to remove.

If you sign up for an account from the login page, you need to be sure to enter your organization's group code.
The group code adds you to your organization's group and enrolls you in the required training.
Managers: Creating/Importing Users and Group Code
If you are a manager and you create a user using the Create User button, you must select your group just above the Save button.
If you are a manager and you import users using the Import Users button, you must enter your group code beneath the GroupCode column heading. Do not change anything on the first row of the import CSV file.
Accessing Training
When you log in, you will be at your Dashboard. If not, select Dashboard from the menu.
Scroll down and select either Start Learning or Continue Learning.
Active/Inactive Status
Please note that the "Inactive" status can be ignored. You will still be able to do everything you need to do.
Reports
Also, the report data updates nightly. Any course work done today will be reflected tomorrow.
