As a Manager, how do I access learner certificates?

To access learners certificates, select People and then Users from the menu.

Search for the learner whose certificate you need to access.

Select the learner's name which will take you to the learner's profile.

Select the courses tab.

Select the courses you need to access the certificate for.

Select the certificate.

Enter learner first and last names.

The rest of the fields can be left blank.

You may need to right-click on the certificate image and select Save As.
