Two-factor authentication (TFA) is available to make your YesLMS instance more secure. It can be enabled for all users requiring everyone to enter a code received in email after entering username and password. Or, TFA can be enabled on a per user basis.
When turned on, users will receive a code through email that must be entered after logging in.
To enable two-factor authentication for all users, select System Settings from the left side menu. Select Security, toggle on the two-factor authentication setting and select Save.
Please note that you must be a Primary Administrator to enable two-factor authentication.
To enable two-factor authentication on a per user basis, each user will need to enable it through their profile.
Users wanting two-factor authentication enabled should select Profile, the Security tab and turn on two-factor authentication.
