How do I add a user to Primary Administrators?

Select System Settings from the left side menu.

Select Add or Edit Primary Administrators

Selet Manage Primary Users

In the window that opens, search for the name of the person you want to add.
Check the checkbox next to the user and click Save Changes.

Please note: the user must be an Administrator.
