If you completed all the courses but did not receive your certificate, please check to see if you have the learning path titled "Home and Community Support Professional (HCSP) Training" on your dashboard like the image below.
If you don't have the learning path but instead have 12 courses, please let support know by emailing support@yeslms.com.
Please include your email address, name and a brief message stating that you don't have the learning path on your Dashboard.
Please note that in order to earn your certificate, you must complete the learning path that includes 12 courses and 3 surveys that must be completed.
